Step One
Design & Survey
Every project begins with a thorough understanding of your space. Our experienced surveyors visit your property to take precise measurements, assess structural requirements, and discuss your vision for the perfect staircase. We then produce detailed CAD drawings that bring your ideas to life, ensuring full compliance with building regulations before a single piece of timber is cut.

Step Two
Production
Every staircase is handcrafted in our workshop in Poole, Dorset. Our team of skilled joiners combine traditional woodworking techniques with modern precision machinery to produce staircases of exceptional quality. We use only FSC and PEFC certified timber, responsibly sourced from sustainable forests - including oak, walnut, ash, sapele, deal, and hemlock.

The Final Stage
Installation
Our skilled fitters bring the same care and precision to installation as our joiners bring to production. Most installations are completed within a single day, with a typical lead time of three weeks from order to fitting. We leave your home clean and tidy, with your new staircase ready to use.
